Stacy Rollinger | Vice President, Human Resources 

Serving as NextCure’s Vice President of Human Resources, Stacy brings twenty years of human capital experience across organizational growth and business unit design, data analytics, performance management, compensation planning, and identifying critical talent to fuel success. Prior to joining NextCure, Stacy worked as Associate Vice President of Human Resources for Emmes, a Maryland based CRO that partners with the National Institutes of Health expertise in infectious diseases, vaccines, ophthalmology, oncology, neurology, substance use disorders, and maternal and child health. Having worked across all areas of human resources with experience managing teams as well as human capital programs to accelerate both global and domestic growth, Stacy brings a broad knowledge base. Her interests are in developing people and organizations to support a shared mission of developing and delivering upon cures for patients. Stacy Chairs the Human Resources Bioscience Alliance (HRBA) association with membership spanning Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC. She received a B.A. degree from the University of Wisconsin in Sociology & Statistical Research Methods, and holds Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Chief Human Resources Officer Certified (CHRO-C), and Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) certifications.
